Complete upper and lower acrylic dentures

A "complete" or "full" denture is one which replaces all the natural teeth in either the upper or lower jaw

Partial acrylic denture

A "partial" denture fills in the spaces left by lost or missing teeth. It may be fastened to your natural teeth with metal clasps

Cobalt Chrome Denture

A cobalt chrome dentures has a metal cast base or framework that sits on and around the natural teeth onto which denture teeth are attached by acrylic. These tend to be less bulky and more secure for the patient.

Partial flexible denture

Flexi-dentures are a relatively new development in denture construction. The teeth are attached to a slightly flexible, light and comfortable gum coloured denture base which extends to make the clasps. They provide a metal free alternative.

Immediate denture

This type of denture is made to replace teeth that are to be extracted. The denture is actually made before the teeth are extracted. When the tooth is extracted, the immediate denture is fitted at the same time. This is done mainly for teeth in visible areas so that no spaces are left after the extraction. This type of denture is generally short-term and needs to be relined / adjusted or remade after a number of months.

Implant retained dentures

This type of denture is used where the stability, support and retention is compromised by severely resorbed ridges in the mouth(mostly lower jaws). Implants are placed then to provide supplementary retention and hold the denture firm using the attachments.

Custom fit gum shields

This is a protective device for the mouth that covers the teeth and gums to prevent and reduce injury to the teeth, arches, lips and gums.

Lower suction

Our Clinical Dental Technician is now certified in the Japanese Lower Suction Denture Technique. Do you suffer with an unstable lower denture? Does your denture lift or float around within your mouth? Combined with our Biofunctional Prosthetic System, it is now possible to achieve suction in dentures making it possible to keep them in place without the use of implants. Patients will be screened for suitability as part of the consultation process.

Night guards

A removable acrylic appliance intended for several reasons: to prevent natural tooth wear, to ease tenderness in the muscles and to relieve the joint associated pain as side effect of tooth grinding (bruxism) Usually worn at night to prevent grinding during sleep.

Denture reline

Addition of new material to the fitting surface of a denture that contacts the oral (soft) tissue in order to provide a better fitting. Should be relined every one or two years.
